And they are still as charming and enjoyable as they were when I first heard them. What makes this set worth owning? Well, chamber orchestra though it be, this ensemble has a big orchestra sensibility. Tempos are a little slower than what you will hear on recent recordings. And the acoustics are bigger. My parents owned this as a vinyl album. With their death I inherited the vinyl album.
