Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego? (album). Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego? is the soundtrack to the PBS children's geography game show of the same name that ran between 1991 and 1996. I had this album as a boy and overtime wore it out! I'm very happy to have it again!!! I loved the game show, the cartoon, and of course Rockapella. And there are other great songs on this album I love, like The Violin. This also includes the full WITWICS theme music! The whole album is child friendly, for either your kids or your inner child. The booklet has song lyrics for all the songs. I bought a used CD, the case and CD were in good condition. There were minor scratches on the CD, but nothing to impair playback . This is the soundtrack for the 90's PBS game show, Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?, it's similar to the tape version with some stuff removed.

In the successor series, Where In Time Is Carmen Sandiego (1996-97), the focus shifted from geography to history, and Kevin Shinick succeeded Lee as quizmaster. Lynne Thigpen was the only regular cast member in both versions. Sudden Death: If there is a tie in 2nd place after the final clue of round 1, They would go for it. The correct answer will advance to 2nd Round. Think Music: Two songs, both performed by Rockapella - "How much you wanna risk?" during the wagering portion of the game, and "Where do you wanna go?" as the winning contestant wrote down his desired trip destination if he captured Carmen. They're the same melody, though. Whammy: In Jailtime Challenge, there are shoeprints (which means nothing there) and their turn is over.
Premiered in 1985 with Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?, subsequent releases have sold millions of copies collectively worldwide. But until multimedia CD-ROM versions of the game appeared in 1995, the individual Carmen Sandiego titles were not all blockbusters. The premise behind every Carmen Sandiego game is identical: starting out as a rookie detective, your job is to track down a gang of thieves who are stealing the world's (or the e's/history's as the case may be) most precious treasures
